2d : image : Borders and edges - Transport Decorated papers form the bulk of letter sets. Often these will contain a border around the paper and the same theme continued on the envelopes. Your task is to design two letter sets. Your letter sets should include a design on an A4 sheet of paper and a standard envelope. Keep in mind, the purpose of the letter set is to write a letter. Images and patterns should be kept to the edges and not intrude onto the main paper. You could also consider only designing the bottom left corner. Keep colours gentle and non contrasting. Task Your letter sets should follow a transport theme. Use your imagination, stretch the idea. But it must be classified as Transport. Limits The letter set is about the letter, you are only creating background decoration. The key to success is to make things detailed yet subtle.
